Pran Pratishtha

Ram Lalla Virajman installed in the sanctum sanctorum. The Prime Minister performed the consecration ceremony attended by saints, dignitaries, and devotees from across the world.

October 2025

Deepotsav world records

Two Guinness World Records: 26,17,215 diyas lit simultaneously on the Sarayu ghats, and 2,128 priests performing the Maa Sarayu Aarti at the same time.

25 November 2025

Temple fully complete

The Ram Darbar, the six parkota shrines, and all seven mandapas dedicated to the rishis were completed. The Prime Minister performed the Dhwajarohan, hoisting the saffron flag atop the shikhara.

19 March 2026

Shri Ram Yantra installed

A 150 kg gold-plated copper Shri Ram Yantra, three feet square, was installed on the second floor of the mandir in the presence of President Droupadi Murmu, completing the ritual geometry of the sanctum.

Behind the modern revival is a city of unbroken antiquity: the eternal capital of the Surya Vansha, inhabited and sacred for thousands of years.
